Director of Client Services Mary Rosberg has accrued 15 years of publications and project management experience working for Autodesk, Neoforma, Openwave, Documentum, and others. Mary enjoys learning about companies’ business needs, and putting together the right solution for every different situation. She is particularly adept at putting together “SWAT” teams of the writers, illustrators, editors and production specialists that are optimal for the customer. “Each member of the team has to be right for the client,” she says, “but they also have to be right for the team itself. That’s how you get optimal performance.” Mary is president of the board of San Francisco Women on the Web, and a member of the Society for Technical Communication and the National Writer’s Union. She is a relentless networker, and attends numerous professional organizations and gatherings around the Bay Area. If you need contacts, Mary’s got the database. Mary holds a BA in French Literature, and speaks the language fluently. She is an enthusiastic cook (French and Italian in particular), and enjoys good red wine and champagne. She’s a lifelong athlete who surfs, boogie-boards, and runs.
