A natural team leader, Mira excels at client relationships. Her 20 years' experience leading documentation and training projects for Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Siebel Systems, Sanera Systems and other companies have served her well in the professional services industry. She's a gifted networker who is grounded in industry best practices. Her well-honed communication and negotiation skills help her determine client needs and balance those with the requirements of contractors and the company Oak Hill, making sure everyone wins. "I love going out and meeting new clients," says Mira. "When you know exactly what it is they want and you can help, it's such a great feeling. There's nothing like a manager saying, 'thanks for making me look like a hero!'" Mira writes fiction and music, and performs her soulful folk and blues in the Bay Area when she's not helping her clients achieve their business goals.
