A MESSAGE FROM MARY In my 16 years as a non-recovering workaholic, I know that I'm happy in my job when I'm happy in my life, and I'm happy in my life when I'm happy in my job. I can honestly say I am at my happiest right now. It's about prioritization, passion and people. Prioritization isn't just about your company's goals and your goals aligning. It's about knowing how to balance your life priorities and your work priorities. When I spend the time taking care of myself, my work priorities are clearer and more exciting. Passion means being fully present in the moment that you are doing anything, and giving it 200%. And surrounding yourself with people who are passionate about what they do is inspiring, energizing and uplifting.
